Slap an inch of it down on a cardboard or plastic chip, slice a slit down the center (long-wise), and slot the mini in. Despite being made of a plastic material, insulation tape holds color from markers quite well. Here are some examples:<br /><br />https://photos.app.goo.gl/FzSjUz5IUVRjLCca2<br /><br />They're not terribly durable - the slit will expand over time, making for a loser fit, but they're cheap and quick to build. A more durable option is to use 2 pieces of insulation tape side-by-side and slot the mini in the (tiny) gap between them.
